As our city, country and world are struggling with appropriate responses to COVID-19, we want to express our thanks and best wishes to our clients and friends. We hope that you and your families are remaining healthy and safe during this extraordinary time. We are reaching out to let you know of our continued commitment to help and support you and to make you aware of our policies and practices for this new and challenging business-operating environment. 

To reduce face-to-face meeting among staff we initiated an in-house policy encouraging partners, principals and employees to work from home whenever possible. Likewise, as an additional precaution, for your protection and ours, we are seeking to reduce face-to-face meetings with our clients. If a situation arises where customary practice is for one or more of our employees to come to your office, we will work with you to seek a solution whereby that is not necessary. There are a variety of ways that information can be accessed or shared without a person-to-person meeting and our staff is quite experienced in those techniques. 

If you need to send us information, we ask that, where possible, you employ our secure, internet-based client portal. The portal is accessible on the firm website: mysacpa.com. If you are not currently using it, please contact us as soon as possible to get instructions and be set-up for operation. 

We realize that the portal will not be a solution for all of our clients. Of course, regular mail, over-night services such as Fed-Ex and local delivery services are always options for data delivery. If information is sent to us via email, always send it password protected. 

If an office visit is necessary, we want you to know that LPSM is closely monitoring and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and Center for Disease control. These include social distancing, frequent cleaning of surfaces, and enhanced employee hygiene practices. Please be sure to make an appointment in advance to ensure that the person you wish to meet with will be here when you arrive. In addition, please be aware that we have video conferencing capabilities. We would be happy to schedule a virtual meeting at your convenience.
