A review provides limited assurance that no material modifications should be made to financial statements for the statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

Compilations

LOWREY, POWELL, STEVENS & MANGUM P.C. may be called upon to compile financial statements from information provided by the client. The objective of a compilation is to present, in the form of financial statements, information that is the representation of management. A compilation does not provide a basis for expressing any level of assurance on the financial statements being compiled.
